& Wellness Guide

​Welcome! I'm your friendly neighborhood home helper and wellness guide, bringing a unique blend of traditional Indian practices and modern home care to Sudbury.
 

My journey began in India, where I learned ancient therapeutic techniques passed down through generations. After years of practice and formal training, I decided to bring these wellness secrets to Canada. Little did I know, my adventure was just beginning!
 

Over time, I realized that the principles of balance and mindfulness I practiced in wellness could be applied to home care too. This connection sparked a new goal: to assist the people of Sudbury in creating more harmonious living spaces and finding moments of calm in their busy lives. I'm still learning and growing every day, always striving to  better serve my clients and their needs.

This package allows clients to choose any combination of wellness services, such as massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, or meditation guidance.

It's designed to give new clients a chance to experience a range of services at a special rate, encouraging regular self-care and relaxation. The key features of this package are:

  • Flexibility in choosing services

  • 20% discount (essentially one free session out of five)

  • Opportunity to try different therapies or focus on favorites

  • Encourages regular wellness practices

  • May choose one helping hands home help  session

Travel Fee Structure

Greater Sudbury & Area:

  • Zone 1 (No Fee): Downtown, New Sudbury, South End

  • Zone 2 ($20): Valley, Lively, Garson, Coniston

  • Zone 3 ($30): Walden, Hanmer, Val Caron

Service Restrictions:

  • Limited to bus route areas or round trip taxi fees may apply

Operating Hours:

  • Standard: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 7 days/week

  • Early/Late appointments: +$25 fee

  • Rush/Emergency appoingment: +$50

  • Weekend appointments: Standard rates
